Be sure to remove ANY & ALL eye makeup before your microblading and eyelash extension appointment. This means absolutely NO MASCARA OR EYELINER -this goes for full sets & refills! Dirty lashes will cause poor attachment of the extensions as well as poor retention issues. If you leave your excess makeup for me to clean, it will cut into your appointment time. If you show up to your appointment with dirty lashes & the makeup will not budge, you will forfeit your appointment at the cost of a $25 rescheduling fee.

Schedule your appointment at least a week before or after your menstrual cycle

You can wax 10 days after the procedure; avoid over-plucking, shaving or waxing prior to your appointment​
WAIVER / refunds
The online waiver must be completed at a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment for Lash extension and Microblading. Failure to complete & submit the waiver will result in a cancelled appointment. The waiver will be sent to you via email upon requesting to book an appointment. If you are unhappy with service you must state it at the time of your appointment, so we can schedule an appointment for a change. If you do not state you are unhappy with your service at the time of your appointment we assume you are satisfied. NO REFUND will be issued at any time because you are receiving a luxury service and are paying for the lash tech time are service.
CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment start time will result in a $50 cancellation fee. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment start time it will result in a $25 fee (for example, if your appointment is at 10 am, you have until 10 am the day prior to make changes with no fees attached). If you do not show up for your appointment, it will result in a fee of the total cost of the service. All charges for the fees above will be made on the card listed on file. Clients with a history of late cancellations and or no-shows will not be seen for future services. All services performed are non-refundable, no exceptions. I will not accept clients 15 minutes past their appointment start time, so please be sure to arrive on time to avoid a rescheduling fee! No Confirmation, No Show, No Waiver will result in a fee of the cost of your scheduled service. If your card on file is declined, I can no longer accept you as a client until your balance is paid. Also please do not show up to your appointment sick. If you do show up sick it will result to rescheduling or cancellation fee.

LAsh extension refills and Microblading touch up
All lash refill appointments must arrive with a minimum of 50% coverage remaining from your previous lash service. If you arrive with less than 50% coverage you will be subjected to a full set. A reschedule may be required if I do not have time to perform a full set that day. Also plan to lay still for 1-1.5 hours for a fill & 2-2.5 hours for a full set.
